ITRONIC Mexico was created when AMN Quality Solutions and ITGroup identified a strong strategic complementarity between their capabilities.

AMN contributes over 30 years of experience in corrective quality services, sorting, rework, containment and skilled labor operating directly within production environments. IT Group brings advanced preventive quality solutions, including automated inspection systems, process automation and patented testing technologies developed in Europe.

The joint venture was formed to deliver an end-to-end quality solution integrating prevention and correction under one model. Mexico’s strong automotive presence and growing demand for testing and inspection systems made it a strategic expansion point. Establishing ITRONIC locally allows faster technical response, closer collaboration with OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers, and adaptation to the realities of Mexican production. For AMN, the alliance represents technological evolution and portfolio expansion. For IT Group, it strengthens its global footprint beyond Europe. The result is a single, integrated quality partner combining German-engineered testing innovation with Mexican operational execution.
